"Autumn Birch Wood" acrylic on canvas

Feeling inspired from a recent trip to the Lake District I wanted to capture the golden carpet of leaves I saw in the woods up there. The colours were so different to what I'm used to in Cornwall, the reds and oranges really caught my imagination.
